Additional Support Needs Group, Duns Peer support provided for parents and children dealing with autistic spectrum disorders. The key aim of this group is to develop a peer support group in secondary school for these children through a range of activities and outings.
Peer Advocacy Project, Peebles A project worker has been appointed. Thirteen volunteers have been recruited and training is underway. The Peer Group is supported by the project worker meeting regularly to share issues.
Refurbished and redeveloped Kelso Dry Bar Re-launched as a youth facility with a range of services available.
Youth Work capacity development in Newtown St Boswells, Earlston and Galashiels Support provided for youth programme development in association with Community Learning and Development and local volunteers.
